I am not your average real estate broker.  I started my Real Estate career in 1978 in California where I remained licensed up to a few months ago. My extensive corporate marketing and business background has honed my skill as an excellent communicator, along with a therapeutic talent for comprehending my clients needs.  I am a very hard working top producing broker, and have been for several years.   I am also a (CDPR)Certified Distressed Property Expert, a (SFR)Shortsale and Forclosure Resource and an e-PRO.  

Before I moved to Oregon, I was a real estate agent in Northern California in the Loomis area, just outside of Sacramento.  After my discovery of this incredibly beautiful area, I moved to Bandon in 1996, built my home on acreage south of Bandon overlooking the New River and the ocean.  It is amazing here.
