In early May of 2004, my wife Mary Kay and I decided (on a whim) that we wanted to leave Las Vegas, Nevada, and relocate to the lovely town of Bandon Oregon. We realized that the first thing we had to do was find a Realtor familiar with the Bandon area. After some extensive research on the web, we found and made contact with Sheila Moon, at Gold Coast Properties, Inc.  We were immediately impressed with Sheila’s knowledge of the properties fro sale in the area, as well her willingness to help us in our search for the perfect home.
